Abstract: | The influence of immobilization in calcium alginate gel on influx of Н+, К+, NH4 +и NO3 – ions into the cells of suspension Syringa vulgaris L. by means of ion-selective electrodes was investigated. It was shown that calcium alginate did not have effect on potassium transport into the cells, however modified influx of NH4 + and NO3 – ions. Transport modification of nitrate and ammonium into the cells was connected with proton efflux into the medium and growth processes reduction in the immobilized cells. The analysis of the received results has shown that ammonium nitrogen was transported into the cells in the form of ammonia. |
