A diagram of logical connections in the process of additive manufacturing has been suggested, which is a finite state automaton that can be used to build a 3D printer enabling to "grow" products of complex shapes and structures, as well as for additive synthesis of its composite material. An approach has been proposed, which considers additive methods as synergy technologies, ensuring surface self-organization phenomena. On the basis of this approach, the energy sources and material for the layered synthesis technology are to be selected. Thickness stabilization of the formed layer is related to the surface self-organization phenomena and design features of the product. Technologies for layered synthesis of the material in various aggregate states, such as solid, liquid and gaseous, have been also considered. Additive technologies using various high-energy processes with volume, multiple localized and single focused zones of energy flow absorption by surface layers have been studied.ru
