| Abstract: | Рассмотрены аспекты функционирования института уполномоченного экономического оператора (УЭО) в Европейском союзе. Автор подробно рассматривает организационно-правовую основу института УЭО в ЕС. Изучены критерии предоставления статуса УЭО и связанные с ним преимущества. Значительное внимание уделено также вопросу взаимного признания программ УЭО Европейского союза с другими странами. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to various aspects of the functioning of the institute of authorized economic operator (AEO) in the European Union. The author examines in detail the organizational and legal bases for the EU AEO Institute. The criteria for granting AEO status and the benefits available to them were studied. Considerable attention is also paid to the issue of the mutual recognition of AEO programs of the European Union with other countries. |
