| Аннотация: | В статье рассматривается гуманитарная сфера в китайско-российских отношениях в 2000–2015 гг. через призму молодежного сотрудничества между двумя странами. Исследованы роль молодежи в современной мировой политике и ее вклад в развитие политических, экономических и культурных отношений стран. Проанализирована деятельность Китая и России по развитию мягкой силы и обеспечению более благоприятного образа своей страны в мире. Показано, что с целью осуществления общей мечты о национальном возрождении лидеры Китая и России, глядя далеко вперед, оказывали мощную политическую и финансовую поддержку, а также мобилизовали общественную силу для расширения и углубления обменов между молодыми людьми. Благодаря этому было подготовлено большое количество сторонников укрепления дружественных отношений двух стран. Исходя из проведенного исследования, автор формулирует проблемы, которые сформировались в процессе двустороннего взаимодействия и влияют на дальнейшее развитие молодежного сотрудничества. На основе анализа государственной внешней политики по делам молодежи и перечисления достижений молодежных обменов, полученных в последние годы, четко изображена картина бурного развития молодежного сотрудничества между двумя странами. |
| Аннотация (на другом языке): | After the election of Vladimir Putin as President of Russia friendly relations between China and Russia have been strengthened. In the context of the common aspiration of national rejuvenation, the leaders of the two countries tacitly increased efforts in promoting cooperation between young people. The article is devoted to analysis the evolution of youth cooperation in Sino-Russian relations between 2000 and 2015. The purpose of the study is to identify the role of youth cooperation in bilateral relations, to show the reasons for the increase of its status and expose challenges for its further development. The article discusses the trend of increasing status of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere in Sino-Russian relations in 2000–2015 through the prism of youth cooperation between the two countries. In this paper the author studies the role of youth in modern world politics and its contribution to the development of political, economic and cultural relations between the countries, analyzes the activities of Chi-na and Russia in development of soft power and the establishment of more positive image of their own countries in the world. It is shown that in order to achieve the common dream of national revival, leaders of China and Russia, showing great fore-sight, have provided significant political and financial support, also mobilized social force for extension and deepening of exchanges between young people of the two 37 countries. Credits to this, China and Russia have cultivated a large number of successors of their friendly relations. The author formulates the problems that arose in the process of bilateral cooperation and influence the further development of youth cooperation. Based on the analysis of the national youth policy and achievements obtained in recent years, this paper presents a clear picture of the rapid development of youth cooperation between the two countries. |
