Гуманизация высшего образования как неотъемлемая составляющая его развития

Abstract

The necessity of humanization of higher education, based on the understanding it as a social and cultural phenomenon of society, is shown. The dehumanization of the higher school is inconsistency objectives, content and methods of education to the needs of society, which is determined primarily status of society, his move from an industrial to a postindustrial stage of development is pointed out. Under the humanization of higher education understand the democratic transformation of the system of social relations in the institutions. This means, first, the emergence of high school, which combines autonomy, freedom of the educational process and pluralism education models. Second, it is the personification of the educational process, which should stimulate the teacher to prepare author courses and adapting them to the student’s personality, his individual educational plan. = Обосновывается необходимость гуманизации высшего образования, исходя из понимания его как социокультурного феномена. Отмечается, что дегуманизация высшей школы состоит в несоответствии целей, содержания и методов образования с потребностями общества, что детерминировано прежде всего состоянием социума, его переходом от индустриальной стадии развития к постиндустриальной. Под гуманизацией высшего образования понимаются демократичные преобразования системы социальных отношений. Это означает, во-первых, становление высшей школы, сочетающей автономию, свободу организации учебного процесса и плюрализм моделей образования. Во-вторых, это персонификация учебного процесса, которая должна стимулировать преподавателя к подготовке авторских курсов и адаптации их к личности студента, его индивидуальному учебному плану.
